Description

The former Bertazzoni Camp is part of a project to redevelop the historic real estate assets of the seaside camps in Rimini and Riccione, aiming to enhance their value in terms of hospitality and tourism. The site comprises five buildings and an open-air area. The total land area is 7,957 square meters, while the buildings' covered area is 4,875 square meters. The vertical structures are constructed of ordinary masonry and reinforced concrete, while the floors are constructed of reinforced concrete and cast-in-place brick. The flat roof is made of reinforced concrete and cast-in-place brick.

The property is located in the southern part of the municipality of Riccione, overlooking the beach. It is just steps from the sea, in a context rich in amenities of all kinds, but also features large open spaces that provide relief from a heavily built-up area.
