The former Colonia Reggiana complex is part of a project to redevelop the historic real estate and seaside holiday camps of Rimini and Riccione, aiming to enhance their value through hospitality and tourism. The complex comprises the main building and its surrounding land. It comprises three buildings, arranged diagonally and connected by dedicated galleries on each floor. The total gross floor area is 4,689 square meters, of which 1,204 sq m are on the ground floor, 1,184 sqe m on the first floor, 1,094 sq m on the second floor, and 1,206 sq m on the third floor. The Colonia Reggiana was built in 1934 and has retained its original purpose to this day, undergoing routine maintenance and interior renovations. Currently, it has been unused for decades and has been abandoned.
