“COMA VECCHIA” PRODUCTIVE AREA

The intervention area, located about 4 Km. from the Rolo/Reggiolo highway entrance, is a natural extension of the existing craft area on the extension of the Bologna and Turin streets. Therefore, the general choice of the Plan identifies two roads of distribution, in continuity of the existing roads connected to the ring, with pedestrian and pedestrian paths. The compartment has a total area of sqm. 66,000. As for the building plots, after the first allocations, started in 2008, was partially used by the Emilia-Romagna Region for the installation of housing modules, during the emergency of the earthquake in 2012, the modules were later removed and are now municipal green areas not buildable. Currently the remaining building areas available to the Consortium Productive Activities Areas and services, are divided into three separate portions, the first of mq. 3,373, the second of sqm. 3,268 and the third of sqm. 4,648, for a total area of sqm. 11.289. These areas, with the financial plan approved by the Board of Directors of the Consortium, are proposed at € 45.00 per square meter. of land area. The section, in addition to being adjacent to the existing craft area, is located near the town of Novi di Modena and therefore can use all the services of the urban agglomeration (catering, banking, insurance etc...). In the handicraft area there are productive activities of different sectors, in particular the production of stairs is prevalent.
