Description

Area of 101,300 sqm. with lots of various sizes for a surface area available 57.578 sqm with commercial, craft, directional, industrial destinations in Stuffione di Ravarino. In the surrounding areas there are other companies such as: Fini- Conserve della Nonna Group, Stone island - Monclair, T.Erre of the Borghi Group, Conserve Italia and their subsidiary. The area is located outside the town of Stuffione, a hamlet of Ravarino in the Province of Modena, a frieze of the State Road 568, on the border with Bologna. A 5 Km is the train station of Camposanto, 6 Km to Crevalcore, located on the line Bologna-Brennero. TAV railway stations: Bologna (40 Km); Modena (20 Km). The reference port is Ravenna, 119 Km.
