SIPRO FERRARA AREA NORD

The Sipro Ferrara Nord Area is a production area of about 25 ha located 800 m from the Ferrara Nord exit on the A13 Bologna-Padova freeway. Access to the area is via a road that leads from the freeway exit only to the three lots in which the production area is currently divided (1 available + 2 occupied). The available lot is 132,500 sqm of which 123,000 sqm are for land use. The area is suitable for large production/logistic facilities. In order to favour companies that need large spaces, the road network and public parking areas have not been completed as of yet. They will be built in order to adapt the access to the future facilities. Along the access road to the lot there are the connections to all the networks (water, sewage, gas, electricity, phone and fibre optic). When the detailed plan was drawn up, which originally included 25 ha (now partly occupied), a “dry pond” with a capacity of 15,000 m3 was designed and built to serve the entire area. The area is currently semi-urbanised as the public car parks envisaged by the detailed plan have not yet been built and will have to be handed over to the Municipality free of charge.
